    Hi, Mr. Kapoor I m a very big fan of urs , but I m litttle disappointed today as I have purchased a product from wonderchef kichen only looking at u , as this is ur own co.I had ordered Diamond pans . Just within 2 weeks the pan had bubbles after puting on gas .I had called customer care but the call is always unanswered and it is quite irritataing .After few days I cud get through and I explained the same.She had asked me to send the pan back I did it but thn again thr is some issues …………The point is i m very disappointed with the product and the customer service Mainly. I m getting very poor responce from the customer service department . I wud request u to kindly look into it ,as it is giving bad name to ur Co.
