Wishing all my readers a very Happy Independence Day, just a day later! Back at the office, the Khazanaites surely enjoyed a long weekend and celebrated the independence in it’s full mood on Friday, wearing white and blue to go with the dress code – thanks to our HR who made the day special with tri-colour wrapped chocolates for all. The Independence hamper also consisted of a mini Indian flag and a commitment card, where everyone was supposed to vow on a thing which they would do to make India better.
As for me, I was free from the Maha Challenge shoot on Saturday – Rakshabandhan Day. We went shopping at the new Infinity Mall in Malad. Must say, it’s been done up grandly! Later, Alyona was out with her cousins and sibling…
Sunday, was back on the sets with Madhuri. It was the last day of her shoot for this entire schedule. Enjoyed each and every moment with her, she’s proved to be a great co-host!
Independence Day, that is Monday, began with a chilled out atmosphere at home. Had a light brunch with dosas in the menu. Then, went shopping, returned and prepared Kachche Gosht ki Biryani for dinner, which was enjoyed by everyone and we did watch a movie too.
Only a few days remaining for the Maha Challenge shoot to wrap up… it’s great how time just passed on so quickly with everyone putting their very best in it. Would like to congratulate my team once again for the extraordinary support throughout!
So, here I end with some recipes to celebrate 64 years of Indian Independence…
Till I write again.
