The Road Show – roaring success

Yesterday in Indore, tomorrow in Jaipur! The Mahachallenge Road Show for FoodFood is going great guns! Our country is replete with excellent cooks who want a chance to show off their skills. The response has been overwhelming …not only in numbers but also the affection all of you have for us.

As the month progresses, my diary is fast filling up! One shooting schedule for my show on FoodFood and then I fly to US for two events: one is the launch of my new book How to Cook Indian. Back in my office in Mumbai, renovations are making progress: somehow always slower than one would want them to be! Alyona is holding the fort efficiently in my absence.

As Holi is next week, there is superb treat in store for you on Some fun recipes with a splash of playful colour!

I tried to catch some time off in Indore to try out stuff in Rajwada. I tried, but it was not to be…so missed eating the mawa baatis and bhutte ke khees on the roadside this time. Looking forward to Jaipur – maybe the ghevar from LMB can be brought back home….hmmm!
